Associate Therapists work one-on-one with children in to provide the therapy that is designed by the Clinical Coordinators. No prior experience is necessary - we provide the necessary training to perform the job, and to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We are always looking for individuals with backgrounds in fields such as education, psychology, and human services and with experience working with children with special needs. Lead Therapists serve a critical role in our team-based model of working with ABA therapy clients. Lead Therapists provide extensive training and coaching to Associate Therapists. They also work closely with the Clinical Coordinator to develop programs, create materials for therapy, and prepare data for review and decision making. At times, the Lead therapist may conduct individual therapy with a client. The Lead Therapist role is a perfect role for individuals pursuing their BCBA credentials. Clinical Coordinator (BCBA)
Clinical Coordinators manage and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy services to children with developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders. Clinical Coordinators perform assessments, develop treatment plans, lead and supervise a team of therapist, train staff, and work with parents and families. BCBA required.
